Skill Requirements:
– Education: No formal education required
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
– Languages: Written and Oral English
Duties:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for reservation and front-of-
house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and optimize reservation
systems to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Participate in the development of pricing, yield management, and promotional strategies
to enhance guest bookings and overall revenue.
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and service providers to maintain efficient
operations and uphold service standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule reservation and guest service staff to ensure
consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Handle and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism
to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
