Skills Requirements:

• Education: completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
• Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Supervisor 

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and attendants, ensuring smooth operations across the gas station and convenience store. 
• Delegate tasks to cashiers and attendants and create work schedules to optimize staffing and efficiency. 
• Authorize transactions and manage the return process for merchandise, ensuring compliance with store policies. 
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages promptly to maintain high service standards. 
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for merchandise, including snacks, beverages, tobacco products, and kitchen supplies.
• Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and staffing issues to inform decision-making. 
• Oversee the hiring and training of new cashiers and attendants, providing guidance and evaluating their performance. 
• Ensure the gas station’s visual standards are upheld, including store displays, signage, and overall cleanliness of the convenience store and food area. 
• Occasionally perform cashier or attendant duties as needed, maintaining flexibility in operations. 
• Execute key holding responsibilities and managerial tasks as necessary, such as opening and closing the store, handling escalated complaints, developing marketing initiatives, and overseeing deliveries.
