Description
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30 – 44 hour/week
Wage: $18.00 ~ $21.00 /hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
- 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales for staff.
- Assign employees to duties and prepare work schedule.
- Resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortage.
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise.
- Sell and manage returns of merchandise
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Hire and train new staff and oversees and report on employee performance.
- Ensure the maintenance of the store such as visual standards, displays, signage and cleanliness.
- Perform as key holder and managerial duties.
Job requirements:
- 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary School
