3 Food Service Supervisors Needed
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Peterborough, ON is looking for 3 permanent full-time Food Service Supervisors to start immediately.
Starting wage $15.00 per hour. Your wage will be reviewed regularly and potential increases will be based on performance
Job Location: 861 Lansdowne St W, Peterborough, ON K9J 1Z5
Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible
Job Type: Full-time, permanent position in Peterborough, Ontario.
Terms of employment: 2 years
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Benefits: N/A
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in food preparation
- Language requirement – English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
