Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the college office, including organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting students with inquiries, providing information about academic programs, admission procedures, financial aid, and other student services.
- Providing administrative support to various departments within the college, including faculty, academic departments, and student services.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases related to student enrollment, attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Coordinating facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, ensuring that campus facilities are well-maintained and conducive to learning.
- Organizing and coordinating events such as orientations, graduation ceremonies, workshops, and seminars.
- Assisting with budget planning and monitoring expenses, ensuring that expenditures are within budgetary constraints.
- Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of college policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervising administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Serving as a liaison between college administration, faculty, students, and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by college administration or regulatory agencies.
- Assisting with the admissions process, including processing applications, coordinating admissions interviews, and communicating admissions decisions to applicants.
- Providing support to faculty members, such as scheduling classes, arranging academic meetings, and assisting with course materials.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing private colleges.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficiency-enhancing measures to streamline administrative processes.
