Cronos Waterproofing Solutions Ltd., is looking for an Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110) to join their growing team. - Position: Administrative Assistant
- Work Hours: 40 hrs. per week
- Wage: $25.00
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Start date: ASAP
- Benefits: 10 vacation days per calendar year
- Work Location: 5 -1407 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6P 2Z3
Key duties and Responsibilities - Reply to email, telephone, or face to face enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages accordingly.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries, and maintain organization of office documents and correspondence.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and owner
- Manage workflow daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is complete
- Purchase supplies and make sure there is enough inventory for the office
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to keep track of monthly sales and worker schedules.
- Create reports on monthly sales and hours to pay workers.
- Organize and schedule meetings and conferences when necessary and prepare minutes of the meetings
- Check the mail and emails and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Retrieve and send packages as needed
Requirements/Education and other requirements - Completion of secondary school required
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field required
- Organized, self-disciplined, motivated and able to work independently
- Interpersonal communication skills, communicate effectively both written and orally
- A strong commitment to team culture, positive attitude
