Restaurant Assistant Manager (1 vacancy) Full-Time, Permanent
Young's Kitchen Sushi in Mission, BC is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager.
**Employer covers the relocation costs.
Language; English
Compensation; $25.00 per hour / 30 to 40 hours per week
Vacation fees: 4% of gross salary

Job Requirement;
• Completion of high school is required
• Several years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
Job Duties;
-Plan, organize, direct and control the operation of restaurant;
-Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures;
-Set staff work schedule and monitor staff performance;
-Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
-Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations; and
-Hire and train staff and perform other duties as required
