Cobees Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a responsible and reliable Administrative Assistant.

Wage: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
Work hour: 40.00 hours per week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Language: English is required.
Job duties and responsibilities:
-Type and proofread correspondence, invoices and other documents
-Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
-Determine and establish office procedures and routines
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting of employer
-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
-Answer electronic enquiries
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
-Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
-Compile data, statistics and other information
-Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
(1)Completion of secondary school is required; and
(2)Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous clerical experience is required
