Description
We are looking for well experienced Administrative Assistant for “Modern Elevator” located at 1149 Pioneer Rd Burlington, ON L7M 1K5 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Make payments for Payroll, Union Dues, CRA Remittances and Benefit remittances
- Purchasing, conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time, Data entry, organize files.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $24.25per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
