UNIC Immigration Ltd. is located in Surrey, BC is looking for a suitable individual for administrative assistant position. The details are as follows:

Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Wages: $23.10 CAD per hour
Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent
Main duties:
· Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate person.
· Handle incoming calls and regular/ electronic mail and answer all enquiries.
· Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
· Draft and/or proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports, manuals and related material.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
· Set up and maintain manual and computerized information client filing systems.
· Determine and establish office procedures & routines.
· Establish work priorities & ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
· Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
· Assist in bookkeeping including accounts reconciliation, bill payments, writing cheques, issuing payment receipts and handling accounts payable and accounts receivables.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Employment requirements
· Completion of secondary school is required.
· At least two years of work experience in a similar role.
