21 Century Food Ltd. is seeking F/T assistant cooks.

Job requirements:
1-2 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

Wage:
$17.62-18.00/hour
Benefits:
– 4% vacation pay
– Dental coverage (after six months of full-time employment)
– Bonus depending on sales performance
Hours:
30 ~ 40hours per week
Job Duties:
– Prepare ingredients;
– Prepare and cook Japanese food items as directed by chef/senior cooks;
– Maintain inventory and records of food
– Clean kitchen and work area
Work Location:
Your primary location will be one of the following, but you may be required to work at another location depending on needs:
- Edokko Nigiri Sushi: 3679 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC V7C 5V2
- Takeya Sushi: #17-8671 No.1 Road, Richmond, BC, V7C1V2
*These two locations are commutable with a travel time of 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or bicycle, and 30 minutes on foot.
