Hours:
35 ~ 44hours per week
Job Duties:
- Prepare food items and cook Japanese dishes as directed by chef/senior cooks.
- Ensure that the food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift.
- Maintain inventory and record accurate food and all supplies.
