Benefits:
– 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.
Job Duties:
– Assist in the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes, focusing on Korean cuisine, particularly kimbob.
– Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
– Support the chef to determine necessary supplies and equipment for food preparation.
– Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
– Participate in kitchen cleaning and upkeep, ensuring work areas are kept tidy and sanitary to meet health regulations.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Candidate should possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in this particular field.
