Royal Spice Indian Cuisine Ltd. is looking for Two Permanent, Full-time Assistant Retail Managers who could join us immediately. The details are given below.
Work Location: 212-815 Cloverdale Ave, Victoria, BC V8X5H9
Position: Assistant Retail Manager
Position Available: Two (2)
Wage: $35 per hour
Hours per week: 30 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and
- effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Skill Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Employment: 1 year to less than 2 years
