CAN ASIA ENTERPRISES LTD. is currently looking for 1 Assistant Retail Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Noc # 0621
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the company
• Manage staff and assign duties to staff.
• Determine customer demand, potential sales volume, and effect of competitor’s operations
• Implement price and credit policies
• Source and negotiate with vendors
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures and monitor revenues
• Provide customer service and respond to customer request and complaints.
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
• Three years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
Wage: $31.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
