Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Night, and Evening
Salary: $25.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Angel’s Bakery opened its doors in 1978 with Nonno Carlo and Nonna Rosa and is now on its third generation of family owners. We offer a variety of fresh bread baked daily, along with our delicious pastries. Our bakery also offers a variety of only the best and fresh Italian products.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Baker will be responsible to prepare bread, rolls, muffins, pies, pastries, cakes and cookies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
- Ensure quality of products meets established standards
- Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
- Purchase baking supplies
- May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year of work experience as a baker
- Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
