Responsibilities:
1. The baker is responsible for preparing pizza dough according to theBoston Pizza recipe standards.
2. Bakers oversee the baking process, ensuring that pizzas and other bakedgoods are cooked to perfection. They must monitor oven temperatures andcooking times and rotate pizzas as necessary to achieve even baking.
3. Bakers are responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of thedough and baked products.
4. Bakers may be responsible for managing inventory related to bakingsupplies, such as flour, yeast, and other ingredients.
5. Bakers must adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards toensure food safety. This includes maintaining a clean work area, followingproper handwashing procedures, and adhering to food safety guidelines forhandling and storing ingredients.
6. Bakers often work as part of a team in the kitchen, collaborating withchefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timelydelivery of food orders.
