We are looking for an active and dedicated new member to join our team in delivering the highest-quality dishes for our guests.
Job Duties:
- Prepare dough and batters for baked goods and desserts according to the seasonal menu, recipes or special customer orders using mixing, blending, or cooking machinery.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters using oven.
- Frost and decorate dessert, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Prepare special orders as per guests’ requests for special events like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
- Ensure quality of the desserts meets established standards.
- Check equipment, inspect kitchen and workstation to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations, and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary.
- Purchase baking supplies, materials, equipment. Organize and maintain baking inventory.
Employment Requirements:
- Minimum education: Completion of a 2-year college diploma is required.
- Minimum work experience: At least 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
