Baker (East Indian Sweet Maker)

Description

Golden Sweets & Restaurant is looking for 2  Bakers – Sweet Makers (1 year to less than 2 years experience )with East Indian Cuisine Specialties. Job duties of this job are as below:1. Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
2. Bake mixed dough's and batters
3. Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
4. Ensure quality of products meets established standards
5. Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
6. Purchase baking supplies
7. May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
8. May hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
