Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 7724 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB T2V 1K2

Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Establish the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the daily activities and operations of the restaurant
• Recruit, supervise and oversee staff training
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Provide general customer service and address customer complaints
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Manage and set staff work schedules
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
