Description
- Oversees staff, including bartenders and porters
- Creates schedule for bartenders and porters
- Places orders and maintains inventory on a weekly basis
- Assist General Manager with hiring and training new bartenders
- Coordinate with general manager about special events and planning
- Learn and build all cocktails by following our recipe’s, and ensuring consistency for every drink made
- Learn closing duties such as running closing reports, cash handling, and breaking down the bar
- Use great customer service skills to create amazing guest experiences for guests at the bar, and in the restaurant
- Ensure all bar equipment is in working order, such as draft lines, bar dishwasher, etc.
- Memorize and be able to describe our food and beverage menu items
