The Pavilion Restaurant is looking for THREE Permanent, Full-time Bartenders who could join with us immediately. The details are given below.
Work Location: 346 Stiles Place, Prince Rupert, British Columbia, V8J 3S5, Canada
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and set up bar, Clean bar area and wash glassware, Clean draft beer system, Advise on wine selection, Inform customers regarding contents of cocktails or other drinks, Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages, Record and balance beverage sales, Store beverage and food products, Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
Working Conditions and requirement:
Team Player, physically demanding, standing for extending periods.
Personal Suitability: Reliable and Organized.
Completion of secondary school
Serve It Right Certificate
At least 1 to less than 7 months experience
