Job Duties:

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service.

-Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

-Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

-Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and products as needed to maintain stock.

-Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, increasing sales and revenue.

-Prepare budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.

-Ensure the salon complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and clients.

-Monitor service delivery and staff performance, implementing improvements and training as necessary to uphold high service standards.

Requirement:

– Completion of college is usually preferred.

– At least 2 -3 years of supervisory work experience in beauty shop industry is required

Conditions.

Wage: $35.00 to $37.00/hour (To be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay

Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
