Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 5031 44 Street, Lloydminster, AB T9V 0A6

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook accurate ingredients adhering to the complete meals or individual dishes
• Order kitchen supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• Oversee all kitchen operation
• May involve in recruitment, training of new staff

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
