Bento & Sushi is looking for full-time Restaurant Cooks

Description

Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.75~$17.50/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 670-4900 27st Street, Vernon, BC V1T 7G7

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Oversee kitchen staff and helpers
• Order kitchen supplies and equipment if needed
• Prepare dishes and foods by using standardized recipes
• Clean the Kitchen and work areas
• Inspect the food preparation area and make sure the area is in hygienic conditions

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
