Job Duties:
- Prepare complete meals according to restaurant recipes
- May participate in menu planning, portion sizing, and cost estimation for food requirements
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary food supplies
- May hire and provide training to kitchen staff if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and other designated work areas
Job requirements:
- Experience: Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
