Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 38005 Cleveland Ave, Squamish, BC V8B 0C3

Job Duties:

• Supervise and organize the overall operations of the restaurant
• Determine the scope of services offered and implement efficient operational measures
• Recruit and train staff to ensure high performance in accordance with company standards
• Develop and manage staff schedules while monitoring productivity and overall work performance
• Resolve customer complaints and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Track inventory and revenues, as well as adjust pricing and procedures as needed
• Establish and negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure food and other supplies at competitive rates

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service field including supervisory experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
