Description

We are looking for well experienced Bookkeeper for a well-known eatery Patois Restaurant Inc. located at 794 Dundas Street West Toronto, ON M6J 1V1.

JOB DUTIES:

Balance and maintain accurate ledgers, Post journal entries.
Match purchase orders with invoices
Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management, keep financial records and establish accounts.
Prepare other statistical, monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
Develop monthly and yearly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes.
Maintains accounting files using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Prerequisites:

Education: College, CEGEP or diploma from 1 to 2-year program or

equivalent

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $25 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
