Job Title: Bookkeeper
No. of Vacancies: 01
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (weekends, overtime, if required)
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible
Work Address: 12011 Mitchell Rd, Richmond, BC V6V 1M7, Canada
Wage rate: $26.50 per hour for 40 hours per week.
Education: High School.
Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience.
Note: Must be good in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS Outlook and have knowledge of Quick Books.
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Record day to day financial transactions.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books and financial statements, and maintain general ledgers.
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, utility and other bills.
• Manage account receivables and payables for the company.
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management, if required.
Essential Skills: Attention to detail, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking.
