Job Location: Surrey
Experience required: 1 to 2 years
Education Required: College,CEGEP or the other non university certificate or diploma from a program 1 year to 2 years.
Duties:
- Reconcile the company's monthly bank statements , researching and correcting any discrepancies.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerised book keeping systems.
- Collect employee timesheets and prepare payroll.
- Prepare cheques for payroll,utilities,tax, and other bills.
- Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
- Respond to inquiries and requests regarding payroll, benefits and other bookkeeping duties.
- Assist in preparing financial statements for charted Accountant.
Other Duties:
- Light cleaning of the workstation at the end of the shift.
- proefficency in Microsoft Office computer program (excel and word).
- Knowledge of accounting application software/databases.
Experience:
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience.
- Some college programs/diplomas in accounting will be an asset.
Language :English
