Description
Position: Construction Project Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $40.49 ~$42 /hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
• MSP Premium Coverage (after 3months)
Job Duties:
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan, organize control, direct and evaluate daily operations
- Implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Enhance quality control programs
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions and additions to contractual agreements
- Choose trade subcontractors and organize their activities
- Actively involve in recruitment and supervision of staffs
- Analyze of data and information
- Instruct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Job requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, including experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent, are required.
Educational Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
• English
