Description
A-1 Hospitality Ltd. dba Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport is currently hiring a dynamic and energetic a Building Maintenance Manager for Permanent, full-time position to join their team as soon as possible.
Main duties:
- Plan and manage the facility's maintenance budget.
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of maintenance staff
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
- Manage the installation, maintenance and repair of building including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
Requirements:
- Completion of a college degree or university program in related field is required
- Minimum two years of experience of facility operations or maintenance is required.
Salary: $45.00/hour
