Responsibilities

Tasks

1. Ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer service, and maintaining quality standards.

2. Monitoring and managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

3. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff members, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

4. Maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of necessary items.

5. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, managing complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment

6. Enforcing company policies and procedures related to food safety, cleanliness, and employee conduct.

7. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales.

8. Analyzing sales data, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to improve business performance.

9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations related to restaurant operations.

10. Developing and implementing long-term strategies to achieve business objectives, such as increasing revenue, expanding market share, or improving efficiency
