Across Border Visa Inc. located on 206 – 12888 – 80th Avenue, Surrey BC V3W 3A8 is looking to fill 1 permanent full-time positions for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The qualified Administrative Assistant will perform the following duties:
• Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail according to procedures
• Prepare correspondence and invoices
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Answer calls and relay messages, fax, make copies, other general clerical duties as required
• Purchase and maintain an inventory of office supplies, make sure all office equipment is in good repair, and schedule service when needed.
• Maintain and update client's information
• Prepare reports and updates for the company as well as providing case updates to the clients
• Other related duties as required.
The right candidate will have the following skills:
• Completion of Secondary school
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other programs for administrative assistants or secretaries
or a minimum of 1 year of clerical experience is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
• Excellent phone manners and attention to detail.
