Description
Position: Sales Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20.19 – $23.00/hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits:
• 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise sales staff and assign them to duties and work schedules
- Proceed and authorize payments by cheque and handle returned items
- Recommend and sell the merchandise to customers to keep up sales record
- Resolve any conflicts or problems at the work location
- Monitor and keep the inventory and order merchandise when needed
- Write a monthly sales report
- Recruit and train sales staff in company policies and other work procedures
Job requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in sales experience is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
