Job Duties:
- Perform visual mechanical inspection (VMI) and Restoration and Activation on iPhone and Android family.
- Test smartphones and consumer electronics systems to locate faults.
- Repairing and refurbishment for all major brands, including Apple, Blackberry/RIM & Samsung.
- Data wiping and reporting as needed.
- Ensuring the repair has been done correctly and the problem has been resolved.
- Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases and report test results.
- Analyse test results and adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software.
- Operate computerized testing systems to conduct services tests on customer lines and equipment.
- Compile test reports and maintain test and service records.
- Configure operating systems and install software for access to the Internet.
