Responsibilities:
•Diagnosed issues with cell phones and repaired hardware and software problems, including screenreplacements, battery issues, and software updates.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer concerns.
• Communicate repair options and costs to customers.
• Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools.
• Order necessary parts and manage stock levels to ensure availability for repairs.
• Test devices thoroughly before and after repairs to ensure functionality.
• Maintain high standards of repair quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting advice to customers for various devices.
• Assist customers with the installation and setup of accessories, such as cases, screen protectors,and headphones.
• Provide information and recommendations on products and accessories to customers.
• Assist with the sales process, including processing transactions and handling returns.
• Document all repairs and services performed, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide reports on common issues and repair trends.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.
• Follow safety protocols when handling electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure effi cient operation of the repair center.
• Assist with training new technicians as needed.
