Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent Chief Financial Officer to join their team.


Job duties:

  • Identify the organization's mission and strategic trajectory as outlined by its policies and tangible goals.
  • Analyzing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the assets and conduct periodic audits for its effectiveness and compliance. Implement and maintain financial systems to ensure efficiency and assess financial risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies accordingly.
  • Allocate resources – material, human, or financial—to execute organizational policies and initiatives, endorse promotional endeavors, and oversee human resources planning.
  • Authorize and structure the creation of key departments and corresponding senior leadership roles.
  • Choose and Recruit supervisors and team leaders and set up a stratification for employees and empower them with requisite authority, and foster conducive work environments.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Facilitate collaboration among regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships from a financial perspective.
  • Serve as the organization's representative in negotiations or official capacities, or appoint delegates for such responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in business administration or finance.
  • Minimum 4 Years of experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of office procedures and management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
