The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail and will be responsible for completing pre-delivery lists before handing over a new home to clients. 

 

Dust cabinetry and vacuum carpeting and area rugs

Stock other supplies 

Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

Disinfect operating rooms 

Pick up debris and empty trash containers

Wash windows, walls and ceilings.

Remove Construction debris from (inside & outside) job sites

Completing unit Inspections

Report and store materials and tools for cleaning

May provide basic information on job sites

May handle complaints.
