Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration/management, international business management or another related discipline is required
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a middle manager
Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.
Duties:
• Establish objectives for the company, develop operating protocols to improve efficiency, formulate quality control
measures and/or programs, approve promotional campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives in the cleaning service sector.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions including selecting middle managers or other executive staff, as needed.
• Efficiently allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and cost- effectiveness in service delivery.
• Establish financial and administrative controls to maximize profitability
• Provide strong leadership and guidance by coordinating the work of teams, divisions and departments.
• Represent the company in negotiations and official functions or delegate representatives when necessary.
