Cleaning Supervisor
Maple Leaf Building Maintenance, located at 7806 12th street Burnaby, BC V3N 2K5 is looking for 1 Cleaning Supervisor to provide supervision to cleaning crews. Maple Leaf Building Maintenance mainly works in commercial and office environments, but also may work in other settings if needed.
Our clients are mostly located in large commercial and office areas in the lower mainland.
We are offering $22.00/hr for 40 hrs/week.
The Cleaning Supervisor will perform the following duties:
Supervise a crew of 4-5 cleaners; maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, prepare work schedules, provide training to new employees, report equipment malfunctions to management, provide clients with invoices for services, may receive payment, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
We are in need of experienced candidates who possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a cleaner working in commercial and office spaces, who are willing to work day, evenings, and night shifts and have the ability to communicate in English. Supervisory experience would be considered an asset. Completion of Secondary School is a requirement.
