P.E.A.C.E. Plus Maintenance inc located at 950, Ogilvy Avenue, suite 200, Montreal, Quebec, H3N 1P4, tel: 514.273.9764 seeks to fill the position of Cleaning Supervisor.
Main tasks:
- Supervise and co-ordinate the work of light duty cleaners and janitors
- Inspect sites and facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Hire and train cleaning staff
- Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments
- Perform certain cleaning duties
Languages: English or French oral and comprehension
Experience needed: Minimum of 30 months of experience in supervisory role, drivers licence required
Important Qualifications of applicant: be a team leader, motivate staff, resourceful, organized, serious applicants for long term work position
Education: Secondary diploma or equivalent
Benefits: dental insurance, extended medical insurance, use of company vehicle if needed
Salary: 27.50$ per hour
Type of position: Permanent
Schedule: Full time work required 40 hours per week 3pm to 11pm.
Work location: Several locations around Montreal,Quebec
