Job Duties:
- Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner as they enter the dealership.
- Personalize every interaction with customers by answering any questions that they may have, and directing them to the appropriate department and/or personnel as needed
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department in a courteous and professional manner
- Distribute mail/faxes and coordinate courier pickups
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting area
- Update and distribute dealership telephone listings when necessary
- Perform all other related clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management
- Support in the process of Licensing
- Administrative support for the sales and service department
- Processing payments such as cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards on a point of sale machine.
