Description
Position: Retail Sales Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30 – 40 hour/week
Wage: $31.75
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to control consumer demand, potential sales volume
• Select merchandise and services to be sold effectively
• Implement price and credits policies
• Locate, determine and obtain merchandise for resale
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Handle any work-related issues
• Evaluate daily operations
• Involve in recruitment process
Job requirements:
• 3~5 years of experience in the occupation supervised are required.
Educational Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School

• English
