CoCoRu is looking for F/T Chefs
Position: Chef
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17.00- $19.25/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Ensure food quality meets the standards
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
- Instruct cook in food preparation and presentation and supervise their activities
- Plan new menus and create new recipes
- Estimate and analyze food costs, food requirements, and other data
- Requisition cooking equipment and food supplies
- Hire cooks and kitchen staff
Experience requirements: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience
Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements: English
