Description
Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hour/week
Wage: $21.00-24.00 /hour (depending on experience)
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
Job Duties:
· Supervise and co-ordinate housekeepers and janitors’ duties
· Inspect cleaned areas to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
· Recommend or arrange additional services required such as repair work, replacement of furnishings and equipment
· Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities in between departments
· Resolve work-related issues and prepare reports for the superiors
· Recruit and train employees in duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Order and manage inventory and supplies
· Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
Job requirements:
· 1~2 years of experience in cleaning services at accommodation facilities or previous supervisory experience required.
Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary School
