Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate the work of the construction cleaners by assigning cleaning work and prepare work schedule
Ensure that eco-cleaning services provided are top notch
Inspect construction sites to ensure safety and cleanliness requirements are met
Hire and train cleaning staff
Recommend or arrange for additional services required
Perform certain cleaning duties
Essential Skills:
Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
