Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years
Duties:
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies.
- selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget;
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Provide material, human and financial resources to implement company policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
- Coordinate the work of all the sections e.g. Plumbing, Electricity, carpenter etc.
- Represent the company in negotiations or other official meetings related to construction projects.
- Closely monitor the functioning of the company and implement & draft strategies for improvements.
- Delegate and authorize officials to act on behalf of the company as and when required.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
