Job Description: Riteway Excavating Ltd. is hiring 4 full-time permanent Construction Helper.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload construction materials, moving them to and from work areas as needed.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades required for excavation work.
• Manage and maintain machinery and equipment used in excavation, including mixers, compressors, and pumps.
• Clear rubble and debris from excavation sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other tools.
• Assist heavy equipment operators by securing special attachments to equipment, signaling operators for safe equipment movement, and providing additional assistance as required.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties to ensure the excavation site is tidy and prepared for the next workday.
• Operate equipment such as drills, hammers, and vibrators as instructed by your supervisor to complete tasks accurately.

Employment Requirements:

• Experience will be considered as an asset.
• Must be capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
