Position: Construction Painter
Working Hours: 40hrs per week (possible overtime needed)
Work Shift: It can be daytime, evening, weekends and/or holidays
Wage: $26.00 ~ $28.00 per hour
Benefits: Disability insurance, Dental insurance, Extended medical insurance (after 3 months of probation period) / 4% of vacation pay

PMS Painting operates as a construction company, specializing in the provision of repair and maintenance services.
Main duties:
- Review and analyze our different operational processes and assist in the planning and implementation of improvement within our company
- Read specifications to determine quantities of materials required
- Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding, sandblasting, hydro-blasting and steam-cleaning
- Remove old wallpaper and loose paint
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and sandpaper and apply sealer
- Mix and thin paint to obtain desired colour and texture
- Apply paint or other materials, such as stains, lacquer, enamel, oil, varnish, fiberglass, metal coating or fire retardant using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- 2 – 3 years experience in interior and exterior painting
- A strong work ethic
- Have a neat and tidy, professional appearance
- An eye for detail and desire to work to best practices
- Have strong English skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work efficiently, cleanly and safely
- A keen interest in advancing your career in the painting industry
- Criminal record check, drug test
