•To provide overall direction, administration and coordination of the project. Ensure the successful completion of the project in most economical and expedient manner, recognizing and capturing potential opportunities, reducing potential liability and achieving intended costs. •Assist the Site Supervisor in planning and direction of the construction activities.
•Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
•Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
•Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
•Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
Job Requirements:
• College Diploma in construction or in Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years construction related experience, with minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
